Two robberies in Harrison leaves multiple victims, one of them shot for resisting

Two separate robberies by possibly the same suspects occurred in Harrison last night. According to the Police report, around 8.30pm a 41-year-old male was robbed by two black males in their 20’s in the area of South St. The victim was pistol whipped and robbed, the report said.

10 minutes later, Police was called to the area of Grant St on a report of gun shots fired. They found an 18-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Apparently, the 18-year-old victim was walking with three juveniles when they were approached and robbed by the two black males fitting the description of the previous robbery. When the adult victim resisted, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and shot him in the abdomen.

The suspects fled the scene and the other three juveniles also ran in the opposite direction of the suspects.

The suspects are described as black males in the early 20’s with thin builds. One was wearing all black and the other was wearing dark grey clothing.
