Hoboken man caught attempting to steal vehicle off 10th St.

HOBOKEN – A Hoboken man was arrested Sunday after he was caught by officials trying to steal a vehicle off 10th St, officials said.

On April 5th at around 3:44 p.m.officers were dispatched to 10th St. on report of person entering a vehicle and attempting to steal it. Upon arrival, they observed a man jump out of the driver’s seat of a 1993 Blue Ford Crown Victoria that had a broken window. A witness told police that the window of the vehicle had been broken for some time. The man began walking east on 10th St. before he was stopped by officials.

Arrested was 21-year-old Hoboken resident Jovann Juan. He was charged with Burglary.
