Jersey City man wanted in connection to a robbery and assault by auto arrested by Secaucus Police

Last week on October 22nd, Jose Hernandez a 50 year old male from Jersey City was charged with robbery, Burglary, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful purpose and Assault by Auto.
According to the Secaucus Police Report, On October 20th at around 2.13pm in the area of Millcreek Dr. police responded on a report of a burglary into a minivan that turned into a Robbery when the suspect struck one of the victims with the suspect vehicle in the immediate flight after. The victim was not injured however he did fall back into his wife, who was present, knocking her to the ground causing her pain in her back.

Later in the investigation (with the assistance of East Rutherford & North Bergen Police) evidence was found leading police to identify and arrest Mr Hernandez with the assistance of the Jersey City Police.

Bail was set at $75,000.00 with no 10% option.
He was remanded to the Hudson County Jail pending court.
