Nicholas Chiaravalloti and Denise Ridley officially kick off their campaign

Nicholas Chiaravalloti and
his running mate Denise Ridley have received both praise and backing from the Hudson County Democratic Organization. Last night, a large group got together for a petition-signing event in Bayonne.

Petitions were being signed for both Chiaravalloti and Ridley, who are running for state assembly of the 31st district; as well as Tom Degise, who is the current County Executive running for re-election.

Each candidate spoke individually and explained why they wanted to run, and how they could be an asset to the position.

Ashley Bruno is a Cum Laude graduate from Monmouth University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in communication with concentrations in both TV & Radio Production, and Journalism. While in College she worked for 3 years on her school’s television station Hawk-TV, where she was a News Anchor and Reporter. She also worked behind the scenes on several shows on Long Branch Cable.
